How do my participants get invited to take a survey?   An email invitation will be sent to your participants inviting them to the survey. They will be able to either click on the survey link or type in the URL address to perform the survey. You may also invite the general public if you prefer via a link on your website or other advertisement.     Are online surveys faster than phone/mail surveys?   Yes. Online surveys give real-time results. This means that as soon as your participant has taken the survey their results are immediately tabulated. Phone and mail surveys can take months before you receive any results.     Should surveys be anonymous?   Typically, employee surveys are anonymous to promote honest feedback. Customer surveys are not anonymous when companies are trying to improve their relationship with a particular customer. Participants will be sent emails to remind them that time is running out!     How do I send a survey to a group that has email access but no Internet access?   MarketQuiz will send these participants an email with an HTML survey embedded in the email. The only requirement is that they have an HTML enabled email program such as Microsoft Outlook. These participants will still be able to answer all the questions through the HTML form.
